摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省消毒供应中心(CSSD)护士的科研能力及科研培训需求现状。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年3—4月甘肃省14个市州的747名CSSD护士进行问卷调查,内容包括一般资料、科研产出、科研能力及科研培训需求4个方面。结果调查对象中有主持科研项目经历、参与科研项目经历、发表论文和获得专利人数占比分别为2.81%、4.14%、17.67%和3.61%,CSSD护士科研能力整体评分为36.67分。91.16%的护士认为消毒供应专业科研重要;78.58%的护士认为开展科研比较困难;84.61%的护士认为有必要开展消毒供应专业科研培训。结论甘肃省CSSD护士科研能力较低、科研培训需求强烈,管理者应重视护士科研能力培养并营造支持性氛围,科研培训方式应多样化、内容应全面化,才能有效提升消毒供应护士的科研水平。Objective To understand the current status of the research abilities and training needs of nurses at the Gansu Central Sterile Service Department(CSSD).Methods With the selection of 747 CSSD nurses from 14 cities and prefectures in Gansu Province by using convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey,the content included four aspects:general information,scientific research output,scientific research ability and scientific research training needs.Results Among the survey respondents,the percentages of people with the experience in hosting scientific research projects,participating in scientific research projects,publishing papers and obtaining patents were 2.81%,4.14%,17.67%and 3.61%,respectively.The overall score for CSSD nurses'research ability was 36.67 points.91.16%of nurses thought that professional research of disinfection supply was important;78.58%of nurses thought it was difficult to carry out scientific research;84.61%of nurses considered it necessary to carry out professional scientific research training in disinfection supply.Conclusion With lower research abilities for CSSD nurses in Gansu Province and strong demand for scientific research training,managers should pay attention to the cultivation of nurses'scientific research ability and create a supportive atmosphere.Scientific research training methods should be diversified and comprehensive,so as to effectively improve the scientific research level of nurses in disinfection supply.
