摘　　要：目的设计1款WXX2000医疗箱组通用箱夜间微光照明装置,解决黑暗条件下药物定位及识别困难的问题。方法选取2023年9月至12月学校2022级职业技术教育药学专业48名学员,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(24名)与对照组(24名)。观察组采用加装夜间微光照明装置的WXX2000型医疗箱组通用箱,对照组采用WXX2000型医疗箱组通用箱,比较两组夜间药物识别能力。结果观察组15 s内定位单一药物准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组识别5种药物平均用时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WXX2000医疗箱组通用箱夜间微光照明装置可提升夜间药物定位及识别能力,有利于提高突发事件伤病员救治效率。Objective To design a night low light illumination device for the general kit of WXX2000 medical kit group to solve the problem of difficult drug localization and recognition with dark conditions.Methods With the selection of 48 students majoring in Pharmacy from the 2022 vocational and technical education program at the school from September 2023 to December 2023,they were divided into the observation group(24 cases)and the control group(24 cases)according to the random number table method.With the WXX2000 medical kit group general kit equipped with night low light illumination device used in the observation group and the WXX2000 medical kit group general kit used in the control group,the nighttime drug recognition ability was compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of locating a single drug within 15 seconds in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average time of identifying 5 drugs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The WXX2000 medical kit group general box night low light illumination device can improve the ability of drug positioning and recognition at night,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of treating injured patients in emergencies.
