眼科显微器械清洗-灭菌一体盒的研制与应用效果

摘　　要：目的研制1种眼科显微器械清洗-灭菌一体盒,用于眼科显微器械转运、清洗、包装、灭菌的装置,以解决眼科显微器械灭菌过程中遗失、损坏、无专业清洗篮筐等问题。方法选取2021年6月至12月医院消毒供应中心使用常规器械盒及微小器械清洗篮筐进行转运、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌的158件眼科显微器械作为对照组,选取2022年1月至6月医院消毒供应中心采用新型清洗-灭菌一体盒进行转运、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌的158件眼科显微器械作为观察组。比较两组器械遗失、器械损毁、清洗合格率及使用满意度。结果观察组器械遗失、器械损毁率低于对照组,器械清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术医师、消毒供应中心工作人员使用满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科显微器械清洗-灭菌一体盒能满足眼科显微器械的转运、清洗、包装、灭菌要求,可在避免器械遗失的同时保证器械的完整性及功能,并且可以提高器械的清洗质量及手术医师、消毒供应中心工作人员的满意度。Objective To develop an integrated box for cleaning and sterilizing ophthalmic microscopic instruments,for the transportation,cleaning,packaging,and sterilization of ophthalmic microscopic instruments,to solve the problems of loss,damage,and lack of professional cleaning baskets during the sterilization process of ophthalmic microscopic instruments.Methods With the selection of 158 ophthalmic microscopic instruments that were cleaned,sterilized,packaged,and sterilized using the routine instrument and micro instrument cleaning wash baskets in the hospital disinfection supply center from June to December 2021 as the control group,and the selection of 158 ophthalmic microscopic instruments that were cleaned,disinfected,packaged,and sterilized using the new cleaning-sterilization integrated box in the hospital disinfection supply center from January to June 2022 as the observation group,the instrument loss,instrument damage,cleaning qualification rate,and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The rate of instrument loss and damage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the qualified rate of instrument cleaning was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction levels of surgical physicians and disinfection supply center staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ophthalmic microscopic instrument cleaning-sterilization integrated box can meet the requirements of transportation,cleaning,packaging,and sterilization of ophthalmic microscopic instruments,avoid instrument loss while ensuring the integrity and function of the instruments,and improve the quality of instrument cleaning and the satisfaction of surgeons and disinfection supply center staff.
