摘　　要：目的 开发支持高血压患者参与循证临床实践的决策辅助工具,帮助患者做出体现其价值观的治疗决策。方法 通过检索高血压计算机化决策辅助工具应用的临床对照试验,探讨现有工具的功能,同时结合需求分析进行工具的总体设计。采用Vue.js和Element UI框架,基于Java语言和Redis技术完成工具开发。结果 共纳入12篇文献,仅3项研究中的工具用户是患者,仍缺乏提供降压药多维度证据的循证决策支持工具。本研究开发的工具将为高血压患者参与循证临床实践提供决策支持,其主要功能包括基于指南的高血压知识提供、心血管疾病的风险评估和降压药的多维价值评估。结论 决策辅助工具可用于提升高血压患者的健康管理认知,促进患者参与循证临床实践,实现医患共同决策。Objective To develop a decision support tool that aids hypertensive patients in participating in evidence-based clinical practice,helping them make treatment decisions that reflect their values.Methods By reviewing clinical controlled trials on the application of computerized decision support tools for hypertension,the functionalities of existing tools were explored.Simultaneously,a needs analysis was conducted to design the overall framework of the tool.The tool was developed using Vue.js and Element UI frameworks,based on Java language and Redis technology.Results A total of 12 studies were included,with tools in only 3 studies being used by patients.There is still a lack of evidence-based decision support tools that provide multidimensional evidence on antihypertensive drugs.The tool developed in this study will provide decision support for hypertensive patients to participate in evidence-based clinical practice.Its main functions include guideline-based hypertension knowledge,risk assessment of cardiovascular diseases,and multidimensional value evaluation of antihypertensive drugs.Conclusion Decision support tools can enhance hypertensive patients'health management awareness,promote their participation in evidence-based clinical practice,and facilitate shared decision-making between physicians and patients.
