摘　　要：目的探讨甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数(TyG)与冠状动脉慢血流现象(CSFP)的相关性,分析TyG对CSFP的预测价值。方法连续选取2018年1月至2022年12月于粤北人民医院心内科住院行冠状动脉造影提示为CSFP的患者116例作为研究对象,另外匹配同时期性别、年龄相仿的120例冠状动脉造影结果正常的人群作为对照组。收集所有入组对象临床资料和实验室检查结果,计算TyG。采用Logistic回归模型和ROC曲线分析TyG与CSFP的相关性。结果CSFP组TyG水平高于对照组[(8.8±0.5)vs.(8.2±0.5),P<0.01]。多因素Logistic回归调整其他因素后,发现TyG是发生CSFP的独立危险因子(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.03~1.26,P=0.009)。TyG预测CSFP的ROC曲线下面积为0.757(95%CI:0.696~0.817,P<0.001),以6.94为临界值,预测CSFP的敏感度和特异度分别为63.0%和76.1%。结论TyG是CSFP的独立危险因子,且可能为预测CSFP的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the correlation between triglyceride-glucose index(TyG)and coronary slow flow phenomenon(CSFP),and analyze the predictive value of TyG to CSFP.Methods CSFP patients indicated by coronary angiography(CAG,n=116)were chosen continuously from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in Yuebei People’s Hospital of Shaoguan City from Jan 2018 to Dec.2022.At the same time,the controls with similar gender and age and normal CAG outcomes were control into control group.The clinical materials and laboratory test results were collected to calculate TyG in the patients.The correlation between TyG and CSFP were analyzed by using Logistic regression model and ROC curve analysis.Results TyG level was higher in CSFP group than that in control group[(8.8±0.5)vs.(8.2±0.5),P<0.01].The results of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that,after adjusted other factors,TyG was an independent risk factor for CSFP(OR=1.14,95%CI:1.03~1.26,P=0.009).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that,in prediction of CSFP by TyG,AUC was 0.757(95%CI:0.696~0.817,P<0.001),and taken 6.94 as critical value,sensitivity was 63.0%and specificity was 76.1%.Conclusion TyG is an independent risk factor for CSFP,and may be a biomarker for predicting CSFP.
