摘 要:针对护轨效应对桥梁曲线段无缝线路的稳定影响,采用有限元模拟方法,对铺设护轨的桥梁无缝线路进行数值模拟,研究不同轨道结构布置形式下护轨接头轨缝、接头阻力对桥上无缝线路稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:根据不同护轨预留轨缝值对温升阈值的影响研究,其对无缝线路稳定性的影响效果并不显著;对于护轨接头阻力作用下的温升阈值变化规律,2种护轨铺设方式下的温升阈值均随着接头阻力的增大而呈下降趋势;在铁路实际运营过程中,应通过合理的设计和维护,充分发挥护轨接头轨缝以及接头的积极作用,提高无缝线路的稳定性和安全性。Aiming at the problem of the influence of rail protection on the stability of seamless line on the curve section of the bridge,the finite element simulation software is used to establish the finite element model of seamless line on the bridge,and the influence of rail joint joints and joint resistance on the stability of seamless line on the bridge under different rail structure layout is studied.The results show that:according to the study of the influence of different rail gap values on the temperature rise threshold,the effect on the stability of seamless line is not significant.As for the change law of temperature rise threshold under the action of joint resistance,the temperature rise threshold of the two laying modes decreases with the increase of joint resistance.In the actual process of railway operation,through reasonable design and maintenance,we should give full play to the positive role of the rail joint and the joint,and improve the stability and safety of the seamless line.
