摘　　要：报道1例新生儿头皮浅表脂肪瘤样痣患儿,其母孕产史及家族史无异常,出生时发现右头顶部约10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm的条索状肿物,给予结扎术后自行脱落,随访3个月,未复发,预后良好。A neonatal with nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis was reported.There was no abnormality in the maternal history and family history.A strep-like mass about 10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm on the top of the right head was found at birth,which fell off spontaneously after ligation.The neonate was follow-up for 3 months and showed no recurrence,with a good prognosis.
