我国6~12岁儿童超重/肥胖流行状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解6~12岁儿童超重/肥胖的流行现状,探讨该时期儿童发生超重/肥胖的相关经济指标影响因素,为研究儿童肥胖预防措施提供参考依据。方法:选取2020年中国家庭追踪调查中的3 685名6~12岁儿童为研究对象,利用身高、体重和BMI数据,并结合家庭问卷、经济问卷中相关经济指标,采用logistic回归分析探讨6~12岁儿童发生超重/肥胖的影响因素。结果:3 685名6~12岁儿童超重/肥胖率为32.4%,其中男生为37.4%,女生为26.6%。不同性别、父亲教育程度、母亲教育程度、伙食费、家庭食品支出、儿童教育支出儿童,超重/肥胖率比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为48.531、11.193、32.659、9.050、9.016、15.293,P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、母亲受教育程度、伙食费和儿童教育支出是儿童发生超重/肥胖的影响因素。结论:我国6~12岁儿童超重/肥胖率为32.4%,男生高于女生,性别、母亲受教育程度、伙食费和儿童教育支出是儿童发生超重/肥胖的影响因素。OBJECTIVE To understand the current prevalence of overweight/obesity among children aged 6~12 and explore the economic indicators influencing overweight/obesity during this period,in order to provide a theoretical basis for research on childhood obesity prevention measures.METHODS 3685 children aged 6~12 from the 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)survey were selected for this study.Height,weight,BMI data were used along with family and economic questionnaires to analyze the factors influencing overweight/obesity among 6~12 years old children using binary logistic regression.RESULTS The prevalence of overweight/obesity among the 3685 children in this study was 32.4%,with 37.4%in boys and 26.6%in girls.Significant differences in gender,age,father’s education level,mother’s education level,monthly food expenses,family food expenditures,and children’s education expenses were found between overweight/obese and non-overweight/obese children(χ^(2)=48.531,11.193,32.659,9.050,9.016,15.293,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that gender,mother’s education level,monthly food expenses,and children’s education expenses were significant factors associated with overweight/obesity in children.CONCLUSION The prevalence of overweight/obesity among Chinese children aged 6~12 is 32.4%,with boys higher than girls.Gender,mother’s education level,monthly food expenses,and children’s education expenses are factors related to overweight/obesity in children.
