摘　　要：财政金融政策作为宏观经济调控的重要工具,是保障乡村战略有效实施的关键。近年来,南疆三地州一边巩固脱贫成果,一边推进乡村全面振兴。本研究以协同理论为基础,梳理了近年关于财政金融协同对乡村振兴影响的研究成果,通过分析南疆三地州实施乡村振兴的现状,探究乡村振兴中财政与金融政策协同的有效性和影响因子,构建乡村振兴下财政金融协同的路径,进而提出南疆三地州提高财政金融协同效率的政策优化措施。Fiscal and financial policies,as an important tool for macroeconomic regulation,are key to ensuring the effective implementation of the rural strategy.In recent years,the three southern regions of Xinjiang have been consolidating their poverty alleviation achievements while pushing forward the comprehensive rural revitalization.Based on the synergy theory,this paper reviews the research findings on the synergy between fiscal and financial policies and its impact on rural revitalization in recent years,analyzes the current situation of implementing rural revitalization in the three southern regions of Xinjiang,explores the effectiveness and influencing factors of fiscal and financial policy synergy in rural revitalization,and constructs the path of fiscal and financial policy synergy for rural revitalization.It also puts forward policy optimization measures to enhance the synergy efficiency of fiscal and financial policies in the three southern regions of Xinjiang.
