摘　　要：邓小平“作为全党全军全国各族人民公认的享有崇高威望的卓越领导人”“党的第二代中央领导集体的核心”,曾在历史上不同时期三次高屋建瓴论及雷锋,对推动雷锋精神的传承与弘扬作出重要贡献。60年代邓小平作为老一辈无产阶级革命家的成员为雷锋题词,助推学习雷锋活动的兴起;70年代初复出,首论“雷锋叔叔不在了”的民间慨叹,在特殊历史时期努力推动雷锋精神的传承与弘扬;70年代后期再次复出,重提民间“雷锋叔叔不在了”的叹惜,在大众灵魂深层揭示了雷锋精神的永恒价值。在邓小平同志诞辰120周年之际,回顾他对雷锋的三次重要论述,既对我们传承和弘扬雷锋精神具有指导价值,也是对这位世纪伟人的最好怀念。Deng Xiaoping,recognized as“an outstanding leader of the entire Party,army,and people of all ethnic groups with high prestige”and“the core of the second generation of the Party’s central leadership,”made significant contributions to the promotion and inheritance of Lei Feng Spirit through three insightful and overarching discussions during different critical transitional periods in Chinese history.In the 1960s,as a member of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries,Deng Xiaoping inscribed a message honoring Lei Feng,thereby facilitating the rise of the“Learning from Lei Feng”campaign.In the early 1970s,after his return to politics,he first commented on the popular sentiment that“Uncle Lei Feng is no longer with us,”striving to sustain and advance Lei Feng Spirit during this special historical period.In the late 1970s,during his second return to the political stage,Deng reiterated the public lament,“Uncle Lei Feng is no longer with us,”profoundly revealing the eternal value of Lei Feng Spirit in the deepest realms of the public’s consciousness.As we commemorate the 120th anniversary of Deng Xiaoping’s birth,revisiting his three pivotal discussions on Lei Feng serves as an essential guide for us in better inheriting and promoting Lei Feng Spirit in the future.
