摘　　要：校友是大学最可信赖、最可依靠的支持力量,也是影响大学综合实力的一个关键变量。通过引入校友力概念,解析了校友力的内涵和外延,探讨了大学与校友之间内外联动、双向互济的逻辑和意义。校友力研究作为从未进行过量化处理的原始课题,具有强烈的主观倾向意识,采用现代统计学方法将主观问题客观化处理,是校友力量化研究的重要手段。将校友力设为自变量,将大学综合实力设为因变量,同时引入二因子中介变量,建构了理论模型;在设定变量之间正向影响的逻辑前提下,针对校友力量化研究的测量维度、前提预设、模型构建和量表开发四个部分进行了讨论,基本搭建了校友力与大学综合实力之间影响机制的研究框架。Alumni are the most reliable supporting force in the university,and also a key variable that affects the comprehensive strength of the university.By introducing the concept of alumni power,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of alumni power,and probes into the logic and significance of the internal and external linkage and two-way mutual benefit between universities and alumni.As a primitive subject that has never been quantified,the research of alumni power has a strong sense of subjective tendency.It is an important means to deal with the subjective problem by using modern statistical methods.The theoretical model is constructed by setting alumni strength as independent variable,comprehensive strength of university as dependent variable,and introducing two-factor in-termediate variable.Under the logical premise of setting the positive influence between variables,this paper discusses the measurement dimension,presupposition,model construction and scale development of the research on alumni power,and basically builds the research framework of the influence mechanism between alumni power and university comprehensive strength.
