摘 要:针对某在役核电厂汽轮机热力系统提出了增设预热器的方案。热源来自汽水分离再热器的疏水,利用温度相对较高的疏水对主给水进行加热,以此进一步提高主给水温度,达到提升机组热经济性的目的。采用EBSILON软件建立热力系统仿真模型,计算分析了预热器不同连接方案、给水分流比例、给水温度变化对机组热经济的影响。计算结果表明,串联预热器方案的热经济性优于并联预热器方案;串联预热器方案的机组热经济性与主给水分流比例无关;并联预热器方案的主给水分流比例存在最佳值,分流比例超过临界值,热经济性低于原设计;多级预热器方案热经济性优于单级预热器方案。相关内容对核电厂热力系统设计和改造具有一定的指导意义。For the thermal system of steam turbine in a nuclear power plant,a scheme of adding preheater is proposed.The heat source comes from the drain of themoisture separator reheater(MSR),and the drain with relatively high temperature is used to heat the main feed water,so as to further increase the temperature of the main feed water to improve the thermal economy of the unit.The simulation model of thermal system is established by EBSILON software,and the influence of different connection,feed water split ratio and feed water temperature change on the thermal economy of the unit is calculated and analyzed.The calculation results show that the thermal economy of series preheater is better than that of parallel preheater.The series preheater has nothing to do with the main feed water split ratio to improve the thermal economy of the unit.For the parallel preheater,there is an optimum distribution ratio of main feed water,and the distribution ratio exceeds the critical value,and the thermal economy is lower than that of the original design.The thermal economy of multistage preheater is better than that of single-stage preheater.The related contents of this paper have certain guiding significance for the design and transformation of the thermal system of nuclear power plant.
