摘 要:根据600MW机组低压缸实际工作环境,对某文献提出的新型非接触式螺纹轴封进行分析,在蒸汽密封段内将螺纹齿与传统环形齿相结合,形成新型组合轴封。利用有限元软件对相同工况下的新型组合轴封和传统齿型轴封的密封长度进行仿真对比分析,确定了螺纹齿最佳的改造齿数及改造位置。研究结果表明:相同工况下,将不同数量的环形齿改造成螺纹齿后,新型组合轴封的密封长度均小于传统齿型轴封,将密封段中靠近蒸汽侧的环形齿变成螺纹齿密封效果最佳,且使轴向密封长度比传统轴封缩短9.3%,验证了新型组合轴封设计的可行性,为汽轮机轴端汽封优化设计提供了参考。According to the actual working environment of the low-pressure cylinder of the 600MW unit,the new non-contact thread shaft seal proposed in a literature is analyzed.The thread teeth are combined with the traditional annular teeth in the steam seal section to form a new type of combined shaft seal.The finite element software is used to simulate and compare the sealing length of the new combined shaft seal and the traditional tooth shaft seal under the same working conditions,and the optimal number of modified teeth and the modified position of the thread teeth are determined.The research results show that under the same working conditions,after transforming different numbers of annular teeth into thread teeth,the sealing length of the new combined shaft seal is smaller than that of the traditional tooth type shaft seal.The sealing effect of changing the annular teeth near the steam side in the sealing section into thread teeth is the best,and the axial sealing length is 9.3%shorter than that of the traditional shaft seal.The feasibility of the new combined shaft seal design is verified,which provides a reference for the optimal design of the steam seal at the shaft end of the steam turbine.
