摘 要:为了掌握大容量压缩空气储能电站压缩机组的宽工况动态特性,使用多学科仿真平台MSP和模块化建模工具PowerBuilder搭建了全工艺流程的300MW级压缩空气储能系统,分析了压缩机组关键参数的变工况特性,这些关键参数包括流量、压比、出口温度和效率等;模拟了末级压缩机的变频调节特性,确定了定流量注气方式下压缩机的变频开度曲线;探讨了间冷条件变化对压缩机运行特性的影响。结果表明末级压缩机的关键参数变化最为显著;间冷条件的变化对压缩机组的运行特性影响较大,为大容量压缩空气储能系统压缩机组的变工况运行调节提供了数据支撑和科学依据。In this paper,we aimed to understand the dynamic characteristics of the compressors in a large-capacity compressed air energy storage system.To do this,we used the Multi-subject Simulation Platform(MSP)and Modularity Power Builder(PowerBuilder)to create a mathematical system for a 300MW compressed air energy storage system.We focused on the off-design characteristics of the compressors,such as mass flowrate,pressure ratio,temperature,and efficiency.We also simulated the performance of variable frequency regulation for the last-stage compressor,determined the opening curve of the frequency converter during constant flow rate charging,and examined the impact of inter-cooling variation on the efficiency of the compressors.Our results showed that the last-stage compressor's key parameters changed the most significantly and that inter-cooling variation had a significant effect on the unit's efficiency.This study provides valuable data and scientific evidence for understanding the off-design relation of large-capacity compressed air energy storage units.
