摘  要:某电厂现有两台350MW超临界汽轮机组,为满足热用户4MPa、500℃高参数供热需求,提出3种供热优化方案,并在原中压联合汽阀参调方案不变的条件下,在每台机组增设一套主蒸汽减温减压供热系统。通过对比不同抽汽供热方案,结合深度调峰和灵活性运行实际情况调整机组的抽汽供热状态,提升机组运行灵活性和供热稳定性。经计算,机组在80%THA负荷工况以下,采用主蒸汽经减温减压直接对外供热的方案;在80%THA负荷工况以上,采用中压联合汽阀参调供热抽汽方案。通过将两种供热方案组合,可满足热用户50t/h高参数供热需求,并具有良好的安全性和经济性。There are two 350MW supercritical turbine units in a power plant.In order to meet the heat demand of heat users with high parameters of 4MPa and 500℃,this text proposes three heat supply optimization schemes,this text proposes three heat supply optimization schemes,and an additional set of main steam heat supply system with reduced temperature and pressure is added to each unit under the condition with intermediate pressure combined steam valve scheme remains unchanged.By comparing different extracted steam heat supply schemes,the extracted steam heat supply status of the units is adjusted in combination with the actual situation of deep peaking and flexibility operation,so as to improve the flexibility of unit operation and heat supply stability.The calculation shows that the unit is under 80%THA load condition and adopts the scheme of direct external heat supply through temperature and pressure reduction of main steam.When the load condition is above 80%THA,the heat supply and steam extraction scheme is adopted.By combining the two heat supply schemes,it can meet the heat users'demand of 50t/h high parameter heat supply with good safety and economy.
