摘  要:固溶强化试样和激光熔覆试样采用高速水射流冲蚀的方法进行对比实验研究,使用超景深显微镜对各水蚀试样的冲蚀形貌进行了分析,结果表明:不同喷嘴条件下冲蚀实验可以得到相似的规律;固溶强化后的材料硬度有所提升,抗水蚀能力也得到明显改善,但是从晶相分析可以看出,在强化区域存在疑似蜂窝状缺陷,可能由于这个原因限制了固溶强化耐水蚀能力的进一步提升;固溶强化试样与激光熔覆试样相比,激光熔覆抗水蚀特性优于固溶强化。A comparative experimental study were carried out using the method of high-speed water jet erosion on laser strengthening and laser cladding samples,which water corrosion morphology of each samples were analyzed by ultra depth microscope.The results showed the similar rules could be obtained under different nozzle diameters,hardness and water corrosion resistance were increased significantly than the matrix treated by laser,However,it could be seen from the crystal phase analysis that there were suspected honeycomb defects in the strengthened area,which may limit the further improvement of the resistance water erosion by laser strengthening,the water corrosion resistance of laser cladding was better than that of laser cladding.
