摘  要:研究多目标约束下的智能路侧设施优化布设方法,构建设备成本、平均可靠性、平均管控效果等多目标约束的优化框架,并引入遗传算法结合AHP层次分析法等评价方法,提出多目标约束的智能路侧设施优化布设模型。其次,选用多品牌、多种类智能路侧设施开展案例分析,以遗传算法求解最优解。为验证模型灵敏度,本文还通过灵敏度分析验证了所设计的模型在侧重某一指标的应用效果:相较于专家给定的α、β、γ(平均管控效果、设备成本、平均可靠性对应权重值),侧重平均可靠性指标提升6.67%,侧重设备成本指标降低了27.82%,侧重平均管控效果指标有一定提升。实验结果表明本文模型在面向多品牌、多种类的智能路侧设施选型布设和实际动态需求具有可行性。This paper deeply studies the optimal layout method of intelligent roadside facilities under multi-objective constraints,constructs the optimization framework of multi-objective constraints such as equipment cost,average reliability and average control effect,and introduces genetic algorithm combined with AHP analytic hierarchy process and other evaluation methods,and puts forward the optimal layout model of intelligent roadside facilities under multi-objective constraints.Secondly,multi-brand and multi-type intelligent roadside facilities are selected to carry out case analysis,and genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution.In addition,in order to verify the sensitivity of the model,this paper also verifies the application effect of the designed model on focusing on a certain index through sensitivity analysis:compared with theα,β,γ(average control effect,equipment cost,average reliability corresponding weight value)given by experts,the average reliability index is increased by 6.67%,the equipment cost index is reduced by 27.82%,and the average control effect index is improved.The experimental results show that the model is feasible in the selection and layout of intelligent roadside facilities for multi-brand and multi-type and the actual dynamic demand.
