摘  要:为研究特大悬索结构桥梁在运维管养中的工作状态,以四渡河特大桥为工程背景,根据桥梁结构特点,设计了健康监测系统、车辆动态称重抓拍系统和安全报警系统,对车辆荷载下桥梁结构的局部受力和整体响应进行实时监测,通过对监测数据的分析与处理,得到了车流量统计图。结果表明:建立的健康监测系统能实现数据的实时采集与传输,车辆称重抓拍系统与实际通行车辆一致,车辆荷载系统可实现车辆统计和疲劳荷载谱分析,为桥梁挠度和应变监测提供基础。该健康监测系统可实现桥梁结构安全状态评估,能显著提升桥梁的安全管理水平。In order to study the operational status of large suspension bridges in maintenance management,the Si DURiver Bridge was used as an engineering background.Based on the structural characteristics of the bridge,a health monitoring system,a dynamic vehicle weight capture system,and a safety alarm system were designed for the bridge.Real-time monitoring of the local stress and overall response of the bridge structure under vehicle loads was conducted.Through the analysis and processing of the monitoring data,traffic flow statistics and time-history curves of deflection and strain under vehicle loads were obtained.The results indicate that the established health monitoring system can achieve real-time data collection and transmission.The vehicle weighing and snapshot system aligns with actual traffic,while the vehicle load system enables vehicle statistics and fatigue load spectrum analysis,providing a basis for bridge deflection and strain monitoring.This health monitoring system enables the assessment of bridge structural safety and significantly improves bridge safety management.
