摘 要:针对兆瓦级海上浮式垂直轴风力机锥形塔筒的结构形式和受载特点,建立锥形塔筒多壁厚壳单元参数化模型,讨论浮动平台纵摇运动对锥形塔筒强度和刚度的影响。以塔筒质量最小为目标,以塔筒的最大等效应力、塔顶偏移量、1阶固有频率和屈曲载荷因子为约束条件,采用多目标遗传算法对不同变径高度下锥形塔筒的壁厚进行寻优设计。在满足约束指标要求的情况下,寻优后的锥形塔筒变径高度为67 m,质量减小24%,塔筒制造成本显著下降。研究发现,在对浮式垂直轴风力机锥形塔筒进行设计分析时应考虑浮动平台运动的影响;锥形塔筒变径高度和壁厚是塔筒质量的敏感性参数,对其进行合理取值有助于提高材料利用率。Aiming at the structural form and load characteristics of the conical tower of a megawatt offshore floating vertical axis wind turbine,a parameterized model of multi-walled thick-shell elements for the conical tower is established.The influence of the longitudinal motion of the floating platform on the strength and stiffness of the conical tower is discussed.The goal is to minimize the mass of the tower,and the maximum equivalent stress,top offset,first order natural frequency,and buckling load factor of the tower are used as constraints.A multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the wall thickness of the conical tower under different variable diameter heights.Under the condition of meeting the constraint indicators,the optimized conical tower has a variable diameter height of 67m and a weight reduction of 24%,which significantly reduces the manufacturing cost of the tower.The research shows that the design analysis of the cone-shaped tower of a floating vertical axis wind turbine should consider the influence of the floating platform motion;the variable diameter height and wall thickness of the conical tower are sensitive parameters to weight,and their reasonable values are necessary to improve the material utilization.
