摘 要:以醉鱼草(Buddleja lindleyana)和鬼针草(Bidens pilosa)为研究对象,在干旱和湿润条件下,让植物经历单独生长、种内相互作用和种间相互作用3种生物环境处理,并测量一系列形态和生物量特征,探讨水分对植物间相互作用诱导的可塑性的影响及种内与种间相互作用效应是否不同.结果表明,两种水分条件下,种内、种间相互作用对醉鱼草都有促进效应(干旱条件下同种邻居的促进作用减弱),但都不利于鬼针草的生长(湿润条件下种间竞争增强,种内竞争减弱).这意味着种间相互作用不仅依赖于物种自身响应能力,还与邻居物种响应能力的相对强弱密切相关:相互作用,对于醉鱼草来说强度适中,因此更容易产生促进效应;但对鬼针草来说强度过高,更容易产生竞争效应.干旱条件下2个物种对邻株植物的响应能力较弱.湿润条件下醉鱼草和鬼针草反差鲜明的生长策略(分别提高地下生长和地上生长)有利于它们在种间相互作用中的互补.鬼针草对种间相互作用的响应更容易随醉鱼草生长策略的调整而改变.In this study,Buddleja lindleyana and Bidens pilosa were used as the research objects.Under drought and wet conditions,the plants were subjected to three biological environment treatments:single growth,intraspecific interaction and interspecific interaction.A series of morphological and biomass characteristics were measured to explore the effect of water on the plasticity induced by plant-plant interaction and whether the effects of intraspecific and interspecific interactions were different.The results showed that the intraspecific and interspecific interactions had a promoting effect on Buddleja lindleyana under both water conditions(the promoting effect of the same neighbor under drought conditions was weakened),but they were not conducive to the growth of Bidens pilosa(the interspecific competition was enhanced under wet conditions,and the intraspecific competition was weakened).This meant that the interspecific interaction not only dependedon the response ability of the species itself,but also was closely related to the relativestrength of the response ability of the neighbor species:the interaction was moderate forBuddleja lindleyana,so it was more likely to produce a promoting effect;but for Bidenspilosa the intensity was too high,more likely to produce a competitive effect.Underdrought conditions,the response of the two species to adjacent plants was weak.Thecontrasting growth strategies(increasing underground and aboveground growth,respectively)of Buddleja lindleyana and Bidens pilosa under wet conditions wereconducive to their complementarity in interspecific interactions.The response of Bidenspilosa to interspecific interactions was more likely to change with the adjustment of thegrowth strategy of Buddleja lindleyana.
