摘 要:以锑氧粉为研究对象,采用热力学软件FactSage计算还原过程各金属氧化物反应趋势、Me-C-O系优势区图及物相平衡分配。结果表明,在一定温度范围内,控制CO分压与O_(2)分压,可促进Sb_(2)O_(3)向金属Sb转化,PbO向金属Pb转化。随着温度的升高,金属Sb和Pb的稳定存在区域逐渐增大。验证试验表明,在还原温度800℃,还原煤率20%条件下,锑氧还原过程可顺利进行,产出合金品位大于98%,合金收率90%以上。Taking antimony oxide powder as the research objects,the thermodynamic software FactSage was used to calculate the reaction trends of various metal oxides,the dominant region diagram of Me-C-O system,and the phase equilibrium distribution rules in the reduction process.Thermodynamic analysis shows that in a certain temperature range,controlling the partial pressures of CO and O_(2) can promote the conversion of Sb_(2)O_(3) to metallic Sb and PbO to metallic Pb.The stable existence regions of metallic Sb and Pb expand gradually with the increase of temperature.The verification test shows that the antimony oxide reduction process can be carried out smoothly under the condition of reduction temperature of 800℃ and reduction coal rate of 20%,the alloy grade is greater than 98% and the alloy recovery rate can reach over 90%.
