摘 要:对冷轧态LZ91镁合金进行了不同电流密度(50~200 A/mm^(2))与通电时间(120~240 ms)的脉冲电流处理(EPT),并与退火处理(200℃×1 h)试样进行了比较,采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析及电子万能试验机等研究了合金经脉冲电流处理后的显微组织和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:与退火态合金和冷轧态合金相比,EPT合金的再结晶程度提高,晶粒明显细化,织构强度降低,伸长率提高,脉冲电流处理可以代替LZ91合金的再结晶退火处理。随着电流密度或通电时间的增加,合金的再结晶程度不断提高,晶粒不断细化,抗拉强度不断降低,但伸长率不断升高。经(200 A/mm^(2)×240 ms)脉冲电流处理后,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为138 MPa和51%,与退火态合金相比,抗拉强度基本不变,但伸长率提高了32%;与冷轧态合金相比,抗拉强度下降了16%,但伸长率提高了64%。Electron pulse treatment(EPT)with different current densities(50-200 A/mm^(2))and different electrification time(120-240 ms)was carried out for cold-rolled LZ91 magnesium alloy,and compared with annealing treated(200℃×1 h)sample.The changes in microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy after electron pulse treatment were studied using optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that compared with the annealed alloy and cold-rolled alloy,the recrystallization degree of the EPT alloy is improved,the grain size is significantly refined,the texture strength is reduced,and the elongation is increased.Electron pulse treatment can replace the recrystallization annealing treatment of the LZ91 alloy.With the increase of current density or electrification time,the degree of recrystallization of the alloy continuously increases,the grain size continuously refines,and the tensile strength continuously decreases,but the elongation continuously increases.After electron pulse treatment(200 A/mm^(2)×240 ms),the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are 138 MPa and 51%,respectively.Compared with the annealed alloy,the tensile strength remains basically unchanged,but the elongation increases by 32%,compared with the cold-rolled alloy,the tensile strength decreases by 16%,but the elongation increases by 64%.
