摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500C热力模拟试验机研究了EH690海洋工程用高强钢在不同升温和冷却过程中的相变行为。采用切线法、金相法和硬度法分析了连续冷却过程中EH690高强钢的组织转变规律。结果表明:升温速率增大会使得EH690高强钢奥氏体相变开始和结束温度点升高,升温速率增大至一定范围后影响逐渐减小;缓慢冷却时(≤0.1℃),奥氏体主要发生铁素体转变并伴有少量贝氏体相形成;冷却速率介于0.5~5℃/s时,主要发生贝氏体相变;快速冷却时(≥10℃/s)主要发生马氏体相变。最后采用杠杆定律对热膨胀曲线进行线性回归分析,得到了用于描述奥氏体相变过程的Kamamoto模型和马氏体相变过程的Koistinen-Marburger(K-M)模型的动力学参数。The phase transformation behavior of EH690 high-strength steel for marine engineering during different heating and cooling was studied using a Gleeble-3500C thermal simulation testing machine.The microstructure transformation law of the EH690 high-strength steel during continuous cooling was analyzed using tangent method,metallographic method and hardness method.The results show that an increase in heating rate will increase the starting and ending temperature points of austenite phase transformation in the EH690 highstrength steel,and the effect gradually decreases when the heating rate increases to a certain range.When the cooling rate≤0.1℃/s,austenite mainly undergoes ferrite transformation accompanied by a small amount of bainite phase formation.When the cooling rate is between 0.5-5℃/s,bainite phase transformation mainly occurs.During rapid cooling(≥10℃/s),martensitic transformation mainly occurs.Finally,the lever law is used to perform linear regression analysis on the thermal expansion curves,and the dynamic parameters of the Kamamoto model used to describe the austenite transformation process and the Koistinen-Marburger(K-M)model used to describe the martensitic transformation process are obtained.
