摘 要:为探究型材运行速度、纵向喷嘴间距以及周向气雾冷却喷嘴气水比对7003铝合金型材在线气雾淬火温度场的影响,采用Workbench的瞬态热模块对7003铝合金型材在线气雾淬火温度场进行了三维瞬态数值模拟。结果表明:型材运行速度的增大以及纵向喷嘴间距的减小均有利于提高型材在线气雾淬火温度场的均匀性。随着周向气雾冷却喷嘴气水比的增大,型材在线气雾淬火温度均匀性先变好后变差,气水比为1.3时型材在线气雾淬火的温度均匀性最好。In order to investigate the effects of profile operating speed,longitudinal nozzle spacing and circumferential aerosol spray cooling nozzle gas-water ratio on the temperature field of online aerosol quenching of 7003 aluminum alloy profile,a three-dimensional transient numerical simulation was conducted on the temperature field of the 7003 aluminum alloy profile during online aerosol quenching using the transient thermal module of Workbench.The results show that increasing the operating speed of profile and decreasing the longitudinal nozzle spacing are beneficial for improving the uniformity of the temperature field during online aerosol quenching of the profile.With the increase of the gas-water ratio of the circumferential aerosol spray cooling nozzle,the temperature uniformity of online aerosol spray quenching of the profile first improves and then deteriorates.When the gas-water ratio is 1.3,the temperature uniformity of online aerosol spray quenching of the profile is the best.
