膝关节镜手术联合活血定痛散外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜手术联合活血定痛散外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年6月九江市中医医院收治的40例KOA患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用膝关节镜手术治疗,观察组基于膝关节镜手术治疗联合活血定痛散外敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、膝关节疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]和膝关节功能(Lysholm评分)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,Lysholm评分高于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜手术联合活血定痛散外敷治疗KOA患者的效果确切,可改善膝关节功能,还能有效减轻疼痛,继而控制病情进展,避免膝关节炎软骨加速退化,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of knee arthroscopic surgery combined with Huoxue Dingtong powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 40 cases of KOA patients admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with knee arthroscopy,and the observation group was treated based on knee arthroscopy surgery combined with Huoxue Dingtong powder.Clinical efficacy,knee pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]score)and knee function(Lysholm score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Lysholm score were higher than those before treatment,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee arthroscopy surgery combined with Huoxue Dingtong powder in the treatment of KOA patients has precise effect,which can improve the function of the knee joint,effectively reduce pain,and then control the progression of the disease to avoid accelerated degradation of knee osteoarthritis cartilage,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
