摘  要:目的探讨术前访视结合多媒体宣教对剖宫产孕妇围手术期心理应激反应的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年8月于抚州市临川区人民医院行剖宫产的84例孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组予以常规术前访视,观察组予以术前访视结合多媒体宣教。比较两组围手术期心理应激反应[焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)]、血管应激反应[平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、心率(heart rate,HR)]、术后恢复情况、满意度评分。结果术后1 d,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);关腹时,两组MAP比较差异无统计学意义,但观察组HR慢于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肛门排气时间、尿管拔除时间、下床时间均短于对照组,术后24 h切口视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,观察组满意度评分为(91.32±1.47)分,高于对照组的(88.69±1.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前访视结合多媒体宣教有助于改善剖宫产孕妇围手术期心理和心血管应激反应,促进产妇术后尽快康复,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative visit combined with multimedia education on perioperative psychological stress response in patients undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 84 pregnant women who undergoing cesarean section in Linchuan People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative visit,and the observation group was given preoperative visit combined with multimedia education.The perioperative psychological stress response(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),vascular stress response(mean arterial pressure[MAP],heart rate[HR]),postoperative recovery and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results 1 d after operation,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the abdomen was closed,there was no significant difference in MAP between the two groups,but the HR in the observation group was slower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the anal exhaust time,catheter removal time and ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incision visual analogue scale scores at 24 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at discharge,the satisfaction score in the observation group was(91.32±1.47)scores,which was higher than that(88.69±1.35)scores in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative visit combined with multimedia education is helpful to improve the perioperative psychological and cardiovascular stress response of pregnant women with cesarean section,promote the recovery of p
