体育非物质文化遗产项目组织精英治理的行动逻辑——基于永春白鹤拳社会组织的个案分析

摘　　要：基于文献资料、观察法、案例分析和访谈法等方法,以权力资源和精英俘获理论为指导,以永春县永春白鹤拳社会组织为案例,探讨体育非物质文化遗产项目组织精英治理的行动逻辑.研究发现:精英身份是获取权力的有效渠道,政治与经济精英对组织发展具有绝对影响力.同时,资源是社会组织运转的关键要素,精英通过表达性和工具性行动维持和获取资源.组织结构形式影响精英资源配置行为,而精英俘获成为其行动目标与结果.权力和资源在体育非遗组织中互为因果,精英身份依赖于特定的组织结构形式,而体育非遗组织治理需超越精英俘获现象,以确保组织的健康、可持续发展.Based on the methods of literature,observation,case study and interview,and guided by the theories of power resources and elite capture,the action logic of elite governance of sports intangible cultural heritage project organizations was analyzed with the case of Yongchun White Crane Boxing social organizations in Yongchun County.It was found that elite status was an effective channel to obtain power,and political and economic elites had absolute influence on organizational development.At the same time,resources were key elements for the functioning of social organizations,and elites maintain and acquire resources through expressive and instrumental actions.The form of organizational structure influenced elite resource allocation behavior,while elite capture became the goal and outcome of their actions.The study concluded that power and resources were causal in sport social organizations,elite identity was dependent on a specific form of organizational structure,power jockeying forms elite capture,and the governance of sport social organizations required the joint participation of multiple subjects to achieve the phenomenon of transcending elite capture in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the organization.
