摘  要:曲轴是汽车发动机的关键部件之一,其功用是将活塞连杆传递来的气体压力转变为转矩,对外输出动力,驱动其他机构工作,其性能的好坏直接影响汽车的寿命。本文在SolidWorks软件中建立了某汽车四缸发动机曲轴的简化三维模型,并通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行了模态仿真分析,得到了曲轴的固有频率和模态振型图,结果表明该曲轴符合设计要求,为以后发动机曲轴的结构优化设计提供了参考。The crankshaft is one of the key components of the automobile engine,and its function is to convert the gas pressure transmitted by the piston connecting rod into torque,output power to the outside world,and drive other mechanisms to work,and its performance directly affects the life of the car.In this paper,a simplified three-dimensional model of the crankshaft of a four-cylinder engine of an automobile is established in SolidWorks software,and the modal simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,and the natural frequency and modal mode shape diagram of the crankshaft are obtained,and the results showed that the crankshaft met the design requirements and provided a reference for the structural optimization design of the engine crankshaft in the future.
