摘  要:针阀偶件作为船用柴油机核心零部件之一,其中孔及孔底座面质量的好坏,严重影响柴油机的性能,在机加工中因中孔长径比大、工艺刚性差、轴线易偏移等原因,影响零件的加工精度。为此,文章分析了影响轴线偏移的因素,包括工艺方案、切削参数、刀具的选择和座面刀具的自导向等问题,并结合自身实践经验,对钻削加工、切削参数、工艺方案和座面刀具设计进行分析探讨,并给出了实测直线度和座面跳动量数据。As one of the key parts of marine diesel engine,the quality of the bore and the base surface of the bore has a serious impact on the properties of the diesel engine.In machining,the machining accuracy of the parts is affected by the large length-diameter ratio of the bore,the poor process rigidity and the easy deviation of the axis.To this end,the article analyzes the factors that affect the axis offset,Including the process plan,cutting parameters,tool selection and seat surface tool self-guidance and other issues,combined with their own practical experience,the drilling process,cutting parameters,process plan and seat surface tool design are analyzed and discussed,and the measured straightness and seat surface jumpiness data are given.
