摘  要:当前汽车行业技术发展突飞猛进,不断满足节能环保新要求。作为汽车核心部件的内燃机,是提升汽车性能和驾驶性的重要保障。本文在阐述汽车内燃机运行原理的基础上,明确诊断汽车内燃机结构故障的必然性,并进一步剖析汽车内燃机结构故障成因,继而提出创建大数据算法、强化制造管理技术、组建人才队伍、加大资金投入力度等方法。为此,从根本上提高汽车内燃机结构质量,为改良优化汽车内燃机结构提供现实参考。The current technological development in the automotive industry is advancing rapidly,constantly meeting new requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection.As a core component of automobiles,the internal combustion engine is an important guarantee for improving the performance and driving performance of automobiles.On the basis of explaining the operating principle of automotive internal combustion engines,this article clarifies the inevitability of diagnosing structural faults in automotive internal combustion engines,and further analyzes the causes of structural faults in automotive internal combustion engines.Subsequently,methods such as creating big data algorithms,strengthening manufacturing management technology,building a talent team,and increasing capital investment are proposed.Therefore,this article fundamentally improves the structural quality of automotive internal combustion engines,providing practical reference for improving and optimizing the structure of automotive internal combustion engines.
