摘 要:通过分析车辆行驶中轮胎与路面接触的力学特征,构建了一种车辆底盘悬挂系统运动模型,并探究车辆悬挂系统参数匹配对车辆轮胎异常磨损产生的影响。仿真结果显示,车轮前束角、外倾角、内倾角等重要参数的偏差值过大,会对车轮的簧下质量加速度、悬挂系统的挠度位移等指标产生重要影响,进而导致轮胎出现异常磨损。而通过对汽车底盘悬挂系统参数的优化和调整,能够改善车轮前束角、外倾角与内倾角的偏差,进而有效抑制车辆轮胎的异常磨损,提升整车的NVH值表现。By analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the contact between tires and road surface during vehicle operation,a motion model of vehicle chassis suspension system was constructed to investigate the impact of vehicle suspension system parameter matching on abnormal tire wear.The simulation results show that excessive deviation values of important parameters such as wheel toe angle,camber angle,and inclination angle can have a significant impact on the unsprung mass acceleration of the wheels,deflection displacement of the suspension system,and other indicators,leading to abnormal tire wear.By optimizing and adjusting the parameters of the automotive chassis suspension system,the deviation between the wheel toe angle,camber angle,and inclination angle can be improved,thereby effectively suppressing abnormal tire wear and improving the NVH value performance of the entire vehicle.
