摘　　要：高职院校“岗课赛证”融通育人模式是新时代新征程职业教育使命。本文以推动新能源汽车技术专业建设为抓手,对接汕头市“三新两特一大”产业发展格局,把坚持服务学生全面发展和经济社会发展融入教育工作实践,基于市场人才需求调研,构建“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,深化校企合作和产教融合,推进“三教”改革和数字化建设,搭建文化素质拓展平台,培养新时代堪当民族复兴重任的高素质技术技能人才,落实立德树人根本任务。该育人模式在实践过程中效果明显,为高职院校推进“岗课赛证”融通实践育人提供参考,具有一定的推广价值。The integrated education model of"job course competition certificate"in vocational colleges is the mission of vocational education in the new era and new journey.This article takes the promotion of the construction of the new energy vehicle technology major as the starting point,actively connects with the development pattern of the"three new,two special,and one large"industry in Shantou City,integrates the commitment to serving the comprehensive development of students and economic and social development into educational work practice,based on market talent demand research,constructs a"job course competition certificate"integrated education model,deepens school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration,promotes the reform and digital construction of the"three educations",builds a cultural quality expansion platform,cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation in the new era,and implements the fundamental task of moral education.This educational model has shown significant effectiveness in the practical process,providing reference for vocational colleges to promote the integration of"job,course,competition,and certificate"in practical education,and has certain promotional value.
