摘 要:针对远程大规模光纤水听器系统存在的阵列损耗和传输链路损耗难以被分布式光纤喇曼放大器(DFRA)有效补偿,以及高增益放大时产生的较强泵浦光相对强度噪声问题,提出了将远程遥泵放大(ROPA)与DFRA相结合的混合放大技术方案。通过建立系统光信噪比(OSNR)与解调相位噪声的关联模型,分析了ROPA对系统OSNR和解调相位噪声的影响。实验结果表明:在16波长×8时分复用的100 km远程相位生成载波(PGC)解调系统中,ROPA的运用使系统解调相位噪声降低了7.7 dB,达到-100.4 dB@1 kHz;对遥泵增益单元(RGU)光路结构进行优化后,系统解调相位噪声达到-101.5 dB@1 kHz。To address the challenges of array loss and transmission link loss in long-distance large-scale optical fiber hydrophone systems,which are difficult to effectively compensate using distributed fiber raman amplifiers(DFRA),as well as the strong pump light relative intensity noise(RIN)generated during high-gain amplification,a hybrid amplification technique combining remote optical pumped amplification(ROPA)with DFRA is proposed.By establishing a correlation model between the system optical signal-to-noise ratio(OSNR)and demodulated phase noise,the impact of ROPA on system OSNR and demodulated phase noise is analyzed.The experimental results show that in a 16-wavelength×8 time-division multiplexing(TDM)100 km long-range phase-generated carrier(PGC)demodulation system,the application of ROPA reduces the system demodulated phase noise by 7.7 dB,achieving-100.4 dB@1 kHz.After optimizing the optical path structure of the remote gain unit(RGU),the system demodulated phase noise reaches-101.5 dB@1 kHz.
