摘  要:随着社会发展及医疗体系的完善,慢性创面所带来的长病程、高致残等危害逐渐引起人们重视。目前慢性创面的治疗手段不具备鲜明靶向性,其迁延不愈的机制仍研究不透彻;而蛋白质组学因其独特视角,有望成为现阶段慢性创面研究中的理想工具。以质谱技术为核心的蛋白质组学体系已成为研究疾病机制的重要平台。本文就蛋白质组学在糖尿病足、压疮、放射性及静脉性溃疡等慢性创面中的研究进展作一综述。With the development of society and the improvement of the medical system,the harm caused by chronic wounds such as long course of disease and high disability has gradually attracted people′s attention.At present,the treatment means of chronic wounds are not clearly targeted,and the mechanism of their persistence is still not thoroughly studied.Because of its unique perspective,proteomics is expected to be an ideal tool for chronic wound research at this stage.The proteomics system with mass spectrometry as the core has become an important platform to study the mechanism of disease.This article reviews the progress of proteomics in chronic wounds such as diabetic foot,pressure ulcer,radiation and venous ulcer.
