非遗社区传承的经验探索:基于新加坡“小贩文化”的案例研究

摘　　要：新加坡非遗的传承与保护注重政府与社区的共同合作。一方面,新加坡政府基于多元文化聚居的背景,发展并完善了城市社区治理体系,为族群的和谐共处和非遗保护奠定基础;另一方面,新加坡将社区作为保护和发展非遗的主体之一,并从国家计划、专项规划等方面加以政策性支持,而新加坡对“小贩文化”的保护与发展措施也验证了其政策实施成效。The inheritance and protection of Singapore’s intangible cultural heritage pays attention to the joint coop⁃eration between the government and the community.On one hand,based on the multicultural background,the Sin⁃gapore government has developed and improved the urban community governance system,laying the foundation for the harmonious coexistence and intangible cultural heritage protection of ethnic groups.On the other hand,Singapore re⁃gards the community as one of the intangible cultural heritage subjects of protection and development,and gives poli⁃cy support from national plans and special plans.The measures for the protection and development of“hawker cul⁃ture”in Singapore also verify the effectiveness of its policy implementation.
