摘 要:选取5种宁夏东部荒漠草原生态系统的典型补播草地作为研究对象,即蒙古冰草、猪毛蒿、苜蓿、柠条和黑沙蒿群落,通过建立两级分层指标体系,其中包含7个植被因素和15个土壤因素,确定各因子的权重(层次分析法),综合评估宁夏东部荒漠草原地上植被与土壤的耦合特征。结果表明:(1)不同植被群落之间的草本生物量、多样性、均匀度、优势度和丰富度指数显示出了显著差异(P<0.05),其中,蒙古冰草、苜蓿和柠条群落的物种丰富度均高于猪毛蒿和黑沙蒿群落。(2)5种植物群落0~200 cm土壤平均体积含水量变化范围为10.89%~19.35%,具体表现为柠条群落>猪毛蒿群落>蒙古冰草群落>黑沙蒿群落>苜蓿群落,且随着土层的加深土壤含水量呈波动式增加。(3)土壤指标层的土壤物理性状在5种草地类型间也存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中柠条群落土壤含水量、孔隙度和持水性均表现较好;猪毛蒿、苜蓿和柠条对于土壤全磷的促进作用更强,苜蓿群落的土壤微生物生物量碳和氮含量明显增加,柠条地的土壤硝态氮含量水平显著高于其他群落。(4)5种植被群落-土壤耦合协调度区间为0.593~0.811,表现为柠条群落>蒙古冰草群落>苜蓿群落>黑沙蒿群落>猪毛蒿群落。综上所述,植被类型与土壤质量是相互关联的,特别是土壤水分和养分的变化,植被-土壤权重评估显示柠条群落的植被-土壤耦合协调度值高于其余4种群落,此外,本土的蒙古冰草群落存在较高的盖度,也表现出良好的耦合趋势,对于荒漠草原的恢复可进行柠条和蒙古冰草的推广应用。To investigate the coupling relationship between aboveground vegetation and soil properties in desert grassland ecosystems of eastern Ningxia,five typical reseeding grassland communities(Agropy-ron mongolicum,Artemisia scoparia,Medicago sativa,Caragana korshinskii,and Artemisia ordosica)were selected.A two-level hierarchical index system,encompassing seven vegetation factors and fifteen soil factors,was established to comprehensively assess these interactions.The analytic hierarchy process was employed to determine the weight of each factor.The results showed that:(1)Vegetation indicators,including herbaceous biomass,diversity,evenness,dominance,and richness indices,differed significantly among communities(P<0.05).Species richness in the Agropyron mongolicum,Medicago sativa,and Caragana korshinskii communities was higher than in the Artemisia ordosica and Artemisia ordosica com-munities.(2)The average volumetric water content in the 0-200 cm soil layer across the five plant commu-nities ranged from 10.89%to 19.35%,with values in the order of Caragana korshinskii>Artemisia sco-paria>Agropyron mongolicum>Artemisia ordosica>Medicago sativa,and soil water content generally increased with depth.(3)Soil physical properties varied significantly among grassland types,with the Caragana korshinskii community exhibiting the highest soil water content,porosity,and water-holding capacity.Artemisia scoparia,Medicago sativa,and Caragana korshinskii communities significantly enhanced soil total phosphorus,while Medicago sativa increased soil microbial biomass carbon and nitro-gen,and Caragana korshinskii had the highest nitrate-nitrogen content.(4)The degree of vegetation-soil coupling coordination among the five communities ranged from 0.593 to 0.811,with the values observed in Caragana korshinskii>Agropyron mongolicum>Medicago sativa>Artemisia ordosica>Artemisia sco-paria.In summary,vegetation type and soil quality were interdependent,particularly regarding soil mois-ture and nutrient dynamics.The vegetation-soil coupling valu
