摘 要:工会干部培训是培养忠诚干净担当的高素质专业化工会干部的关键路径,在推进党的工运事业和工会工作中发挥着重要作用。工会干部教育学科化建设源于高质量、多维度工会干部培训的现实诉求,能够为科学化、专业化的工会干部培训资源建设提供有力保障。习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述为工会干部教育学的学科化建设提供了根本遵循,干部教育学的快速发展为其提供了建设依据,工会干部培训的长期实践为其提供了实践经验。工会的群团属性和工会工作的群众性本质要求工会干部教育学的建设必须突出工会特色,可将其置于工会学学科理论体系的架构之中,以干部教育学为核心视角,开展“工会+”特色学科建设。研究建议:以工会干部培训为基石,推进工会干部教育学理论体系建设;以多层次共建为保障,推进工会干部教育学术体系建设;以优质资源为支撑,推进工会干部教育话语体系建设;以高水平人才培养为导向,推进工会干部教育课程体系建设。The training of trade union cadres is the key path to cultivate high-quality professional trade union cadres who are loyal and clean,and plays an important role in promoting the Party's labor movement and trade unions'work.The academic construction of trade union cadre education addresses the practical needs for high-quality,multi-dimensional training of trade union cadres and can provide a strong guarantee for the scientific and professional development of training resources for trade union cadres.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on the working class and trade union work provide fundamental guidance for this scientific construction,while the rapid development of cadre education science offers essential evidence,and the long-term practice of training trade union cadres supplies practical experience.The group attribute of trade unions and the mass nature of trade union work require that the construction of trade union cadre education must highlight the characteristics of trade unions,which can be placed in the framework of the theoretical system of trade union science,and carry out the characteristic discipline construction of"trade union plus"from the perspective of cadre education.It is suggested in this study to use trade union cadre training as a cornerstone for advancing the theoretical framework of trade union cadre education studies;to promote the academic system construction through multi-level co-construction;to enhance the discourse system construction with high-quality resources;and to guide the curriculum system construction with high-level talent cultivation.
