摘 要:为解决沙漠铁路站位方案优选的多属性决策问题及其定性、定量因素综合量化评价与指标权重确定的技术难题,建立适用于沙漠铁路站位方案优选的评价指标体系,通过引入区间数理论对定性指标进行量化转换,得到站位方案的区间数决策矩阵;利用G1法和离差法的基本原理,设计基于离差-G1法的区间数指标综合权重计算方法,根据决策矩阵和指标权重构建站位方案的加权规一化决策矩阵;利用灰色关联度法改进区间数模型,通过计算备选方案与理想方案的综合距离来对沙漠铁路站位方案进行评价优选。以某新建铁路站位方案选择为例,进行方法验证。研究结果表明:利用区间数的定性指标量化方式能较为准确地反映指标的属性信息,通过离差-G1法计算的指标综合权重更为可靠,减少主观因素对决策结果的影响;通过综合距离对方案进行排序使各方案的优劣性得以更好地呈现,提高沙漠铁路站位方案优选的效率和准确性。研究成果可为沙漠铁路站位方案优化设计提供决策依据。In order to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem of desert railway station location optimization and the technical problems of comprehensive quantitative evaluation combined with qualitative and quantitative factors and index weight determination,firstly,an evaluation index system suitable for the optimization of desert railway station location was established.The interval number decision matrix for station location schemes was obtained by introducing the interval number theory to convert the qualitative indexes quantitatively.Then,using the basic principles of G1 method and deviation method,a comprehensive weight calculation method for interval number indexes based on deviation-G1 method was established.According to the normalized decision matrix and index weights,the weighted standardized decision matrix of railway station scheme was constructed.Finally,the grey correlation method was used to improve the interval number model.The station location scheme of desert railway can be evaluated and optimized by calculating the comprehensive distance between the alternative scheme and the ideal scheme.The method was verified based on the example of a newly-built railway.The research results show that the quantitative method using interval number of qualitative indexes can accurately reflect the attribute information of indexes.The comprehensive weight of indicators calculated by deviation-G1 method is more reliable,which reduces the influence of subjective factors on decision-making results.Through the comprehensive distance to sort the schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme can be better presented,and the efficiency and accuracy of the station location optimization for desert railway are improved.The research results can provide a decision-making basis for the optimal design of desert railway station location schemes.
