摘 要:为研究提高Q345R钢的表面性能,采用电子束熔覆技术制备含铜不锈钢涂层。研究了含铜不锈钢涂层的表面微观组织、力学性能和电化学性能。结果表明:经过电子束表面熔覆处理后,涂层晶粒得到细化,位错密度增大,塑性和韧性得到提升。由于晶粒细化、位错强化,三种束流下的涂层,硬度得到增强。在束流为28 mA时,涂层硬度达到最高,为384.078 HV,相比于基材131.048 HV,硬度提高了2倍。涂层的耐磨性要优于基材。在束流为28 mA时,磨损体积及磨损率最小,仅为基材磨损量的10%。在电化学腐蚀测量中,涂层表现出了比基材更好的耐腐蚀性能,束流为28 mA下的试样表现出的耐腐蚀性能最好。电子束表面熔覆含铜不锈钢涂层能够有效提高Q345R碳钢的各项性能。For study the improvement of the surface properties of Q345R steel,copper-containing stainless steel coatings were prepared by electron beam melting and cladding technology.The surface microstructure,mechanical properties and electrochemical properties of copper-containing stainless steel coatings were investigated.The results showed that after E-beam surface cladding treatment,the coating grains were refined,the dislocation density was increased,and the plasticity and toughness were improved.Due to grain refinement and dislocation strengthening,the hardness of the coatings under the three types of beam flow was enhanced.The coating hardness reaches its maximum at 384.078 HV at a beam current of 28 mA,which was two times higher compared to the substrate at 131.048 HV.The abrasion resistance of the coating was superior to that of the substrate.At a beam current of 28 mA,the wear volume and wear rate were minimized to 10%of the wear volume of the substrate.In electrochemical corrosion measurements,the coating showed better corrosion resistance than the substrate,and the specimen at a beam current of 28 mA showed the best corrosion resistance.E-beam surface-melting of copper-containing stainless steel coatings can effectively improve the properties of Q345R carbon steel.
