摘  要:随着线材轧机等重型机械向重载、高速发展,对滑动轴承服役性能提出了更严苛的要求。在高速重载工况下,轴承易发生磨损、烧损、甚至于减磨层脱落等失效。在合金层间添加镍栅层可以有效增强合金层间结合能,降低减磨层脱落的几率,是解决上述问题的方法之一。以高速线材轧机滑动轴承为研究对象,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等方法对多层复合材料(钢背/铜铅合金/镍栅层/铅基巴氏合金)进行了显微测试,并使用分子动力学仿真软件Materials Studio构建了三层分子模型(铜铅合金/镍栅层/铅基巴氏合金)和双层分子模型(铜铅合金/铅基巴氏合金)。研究了镍栅层对铜铅合金与铅基巴氏合金结合性能的提升机理。结果表明,镍栅层的添加在宏观层面上阻挡了元素的扩散,有助于保持两侧合金的良好性能,在微观层面上有效提升了合金层间的结合性能。With the development of heavy machinery such as wire rolling mill to heavy load and high speed,the service performance of plain bearings is more stringent.Under the condition of high speed and heavy load,the bearing is easy to wear,burn and even fall off the wear reduction layer.Adding nickel gate layer between alloy layers can effectively enhance the binding energy between alloy layers and reduce the probability of abrasion reduction layer falling off,which is one of the methods to solve the above problems.Taking the plain bearings of high-speed wire rod mills as the research object,Multilayer composite materials(steel back/cop-Pb alloy/nickel gate layer/lead-base babbitt alloy)were tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).A three-layer molecular model(copper-lead alloy/nickel-gate layer/lead-based babbitt alloy)and a two-layer molecular model(copper-lead alloy/lead-based babbitt alloy)were constructed using molecular dynamics simulation software Materials Studio.The mechanism of improving the bonding properties of copper-lead alloy and lead-base babbitt alloy with nickel gate layer was studied.The results show that the addition of nickel gate layer prevents the diffusion of elements at the macro level,helps to maintain the good properties of the alloy both sides,and effectively improves the bonding properties between alloy layers at the micro level.
