北京市和平解放初期党对私营经济恢复的探索

摘　　要：20世纪40年代末,北平私营工商业由于长期战争的破坏走向衰落。北平解放后,北平市委针对经济上的严峻形势,提出北平的中心任务是迅速恢复与发展生产。北平市政府从提供经济支持、调整劳资关系、沟通各地贸易等方面入手,给私营工业提供了各种帮助和扶持。通过一系列政策与实践,北京的私营工商业得到了基本恢复和发展。In the late 1940s,private industry and commerce in Beiping declined due to the damage of the long-term war.After the libera⁃tion of Beiping,in view of the severe economic situation,the central task of Beiping was to re⁃store and develop production quickly.The Beiping municipal government had provided var⁃ious kinds of assistance and support to the pri⁃vate industry from the aspects of providing eco⁃nomic support,adjusting the relations between labor and capital,and communicating with local trade.Through a series of policies and practic⁃es,Beijing's private industry and commerce had been basically restored and developed.
