摘　　要：“三个务必”内涵的科学性集中体现为对新时代共产党员提出了价值引领、行为遵循和精神指引一体多面的要求。党的二十大提出“三个务必”,是基于中国共产党新时代管党治党经验与理论的创新、“两个一百年”奋斗目标的阶段性转换、社会主要矛盾及中心任务的历史性变化三重历史因素。这一论断葆有的人民性、先进性与纯洁性、革命性等理论品格,彰显了新时代党建理论历史与时代的结合与创造。The scientific nature of the connotation of the "Three Imperatives" is concentratedly manifested in putting forward multifaceted requirements of value guidance,behavioral compliance and spiritual guidance for Communist Party members in the new era.The 20th National Party Congress put forward the "Three Imperatives" based on three historical factors:the innovation of the experience and theory of Party governance in the new era of the Communist Party of China,the phased transformation of the Two Centenary Goals,and the historical changes of the principal challenge and central tasks facing Chinese society.This assertion retains theoretical characters such as affinity to the people,progressiveness and purity,revolutionariness,highlighting the combination and creation of the history and the times in the Party building theory in the new era.
