摘 要:“一带一路”倡议是中国提出的一项重大国际合作倡议,旨在促进沿线国家间的互联互通和经济合作。森林生态建设是“一带一路”倡议中的重要组成部分,涉及森林资源的保护、可持续利用和生态环境的改善。中国与东盟国家都拥有丰富的森林资源,但由于经济发展和人口增长的压力,森林资源面临着被严重破坏和过度利用等一系列问题。基于此,文中总结当前中国-东盟森林生态建设合作的相关经验及面临的困境,并提出对策建议:1)加强政策沟通和合作机制建设;2)加强执法合作和提高执法能力;3)加强科技创新和能力建设;4)加强资金支持和投融资合作。The“Belt and Road”is an epoch-making initiative that China proposes for enhancing international cooperation,aiming at promoting interaction,connectivity and economic cooperation among countries along the belt and the road.Forest ecological improvement is an essential component of the“Belt and Road”Initiative,involving protection and sustainable use of forest resources as well as the eco-environment improvement.Both China and ASEAN countries possess abundant forest resources,but the forest resources are under severe damage and over-exploitation due to economic development and population growth.The paper summarizes the experience of China and ASEAN in forest ecological development and the problems rising in the process,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures:1)Improving the law enforcement cooperation to improve the enforcement capacity;2)Strengthening the policy communication and the establishment of cooperation mechanism;3)Enhancing technology innovation and capacity development;and 4)Making greater effort in financing support.
