摘　　要：本文分析了俄罗斯数字经济的起源、发展及其在全球数字经济中的地位和作用。研究揭示俄罗斯数字经济的独特特点,包括政府支持的数字化倡议和私营部门的创新活动。探讨技术创新、数字鸿沟、数据安全与隐私保护等内部挑战,以及国际政治经济环境、国际贸易摩擦等外部挑战。提出创新驱动发展、全面数字化教育、数据安全保护、多元化经济外交等对策。对俄罗斯数字经济的综合审视不仅聚焦于内部结构和动力机制,也关注其国际政治经济格局中的策略和影响,为数字经济研究领域提供参考价值。This article analyzes the origin and development of the Russian digital economy and its status and role in the global digital economy.The study reveals the unique characteristics of Russias digital economy,including government-backed digitalization initiatives and private sector innovation activities.Internal challenges such as technological innovation,digital divide,data security and privacy protection,as well as external challenges such as the international political and economic environment and international trade frictions were discussed.Countermeasures such as innovation-driven development,comprehensive digital education,data security protection,and diversified economic diplomacy were proposed.This article's comprehensive review of Russia's digital economy not only focuses on the internal structure and dynamic mechanism,but also focuses on its strategies and influences in the international political and economic landscape,providing reference value for the field of digital economy research.
