摘 要:为探究CO_(2)浓度与光照强度对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)幼苗生长发育造成的影响,以‘交战2号’作为试验对象,以植物工厂中常见光气配比[光强300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1),CO_(2)浓度400μmol·mol^(-1)]为对照,设置不同CO_(2)浓度(大气浓度400μmol·mol^(-1)、加富浓度1000μmol·mol^(-1))及不同光照强度[低光强150μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1)、中光强300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1)、高光强450μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1)],研究CO_(2)加富与光照强度互作对高羊茅幼苗的生长、生理特性与草坪外观质量的影响。结果表明,CO_(2)加富会降低高羊茅的归一化指数(NDVI)和色泽,导致草坪外观质量降低,但CO_(2)加富与中等光照强度处理显著提升了高羊茅的生长速率与部分抗氧化酶活性(P<0.05),而且提升了高羊茅叶片中纤维素和木质素的含量,更有利于根系形态与叶片形态建成。研究结果表明,光照强度300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1),CO_(2)浓度1000μmol·mol^(-1)为较佳的光气配比,可以为植物工厂培育高羊茅提供理论参数。In this study,to explore the effects of CO_(2) concentration and light intensity on the growth and development of tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea)seedlings,we used“Jiaozhan 2”as the experimental object and the phosgene ratio[light intensity of 300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1) and CO_(2) concentration of 400μmol·mol^(-1)]commonly used in plant factories as the control treatment.Various CO_(2) concentrations(atmospheric and enrichment concentrations of 400 and 1000μmol·mol^(-1),respectively)and light intensities[low,medium,and high light intensities of 150,300,and 450μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1),respectively]were implemented to investigate the effects of CO_(2) enrichment and light intensity on the growth,physiological characteristics,and appearance quality of tall fescue seedlings.The results indicated that CO_(2) enrichment reduced the NDVI and color of tall fescue,resulting in lower appearance quality of turf.However,the treatment of CO_(2) enrichment with medium light intensity significantly increased the growth rate of tall fescue and some antioxidant enzyme activities(P<0.05).It also increased the contents of cellulose and lignin in tall fescue leaves and was more conducive to root and leaf morphology development.The optimal phosgene ratio was determined,comprising a light intensity of 300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1) and CO_(2) concentration of 1000μmol·mol^(-1),which could provide theoretical parameters for the cultivation of tall fescue in plant factories.
