摘 要:为研究微生物菌剂与化肥不同比例配施对猫尾草(Phleum pratense)生长的影响,本研究通过田间试验探究了100%(375 kg·hm^(-2))、85%(320 kg·hm^(-2))、70%(263 kg·hm^(-2))、55%(206 kg·hm^(-2))化肥与微生物菌剂(75 L·hm^(-2))配施对猫尾草农艺性状、根系形态、营养品质的影响。结果显示:85%化肥配施微生物菌剂,猫尾草鲜草产量、地下生物量、株高、根长和茎粗较不施肥对照分别显著提高了50.11%、61.11%、30.33%、98.17%和36.80%(P<0.05);牧草相对饲用价值(RFV)较对照显著提高了46.39%(P<0.05)。85%化肥配施微生物菌剂,猫尾草总根长、根表面积和根体积均为各处理最优。70%化肥配施微生物菌剂,根体积较对照显著提高89.79%(P<0.05)。主成分分析显示,85%化肥配施微生物菌剂对猫尾草促生效果最佳。研究结果为岷县猫尾草筛选出最佳的微生物菌剂与化肥减量配施方案。In this study,we investigated the effects of different proportions of microbial inoculants and chemical fertilizers on the growth of Phleum pratense.We tested the effects of 100%(375 kg·ha^(-1)),85%(320 kg·ha^(-1)),70%(263 kg·ha^(-1)),and 55%(206 kg·ha^(-1))chemical fertilizer combined with microbial inoculants on the agronomic traits,root morphology,and nutritional quality of P.pratense through field trials.The results showed that 85%chemical fertilizers with microbial inoculants significantly increased P.pratense fresh grass yield,below-ground biomass,plant height,root length and stem thickness by 50.11%,61.11%,30.33%,98.17%and 36.80%,respectively,compared with the control(no fertilizer,P<0.05).Compared with the control,the relative feeding value(RFV)of treated with microbial inoculants and 85%chemical fertilizers was significantly increased by 46.39%(P<0.05).The 85%chemical fertilizer(320 kg·ha^(-1))treatment with microbial inoculants(75 L·ha^(-1))resulted in the best total root length,root surface area,and root diameter of P.pratense for each treatment.The 70%chemical fertilizer(263 kg·ha^(-1))treatment with microbial inoculants(75 L·ha^(-1))increased the root volume significantly(by 89.79%)compared to the control(P<0.05).Principal component analysis indicated that 85%chemical fertilizer(320 kg·ha^(-1))with microbial inoculants(75 L·ha^(-1))was the most effective treatment to promote P.pratense growth.This study aimed to select the optimal microbial inoculants and reduced chemical fertilizers application scheme for P.pratense in Minxian County.
