摘　　要：在大数据时代下,个人医疗信息隐私权面临各种挑战和机遇,在对个人医疗信息隐私权的概念阐述后梳理出其在法律保护方面存在的问题和不足,并提出相应的改进建议和措施,强调保障患者权益的同时,应该平衡医疗行业发展与公共利益的需求,以期为构建更加完善的个人医疗信息隐私权保护体系提供参考。In the era of big data,personal medical information privacy faces various challenges and opportunities.After elucidating the concept of personal medical information privacy,this paper sorts out the problems and deficiencies in its legal protection,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions and measures.While emphasizing the protection of patients'rights and interests,it is also necessary to balance the needs of medical industry development and public interests,in order to provide a reference for building a more perfect protection system for personal medical information privacy.
