摘　　要：目的提高血液透析监测有效率,降低血液透析不良事件发生率。方法开展问题解决型品管圈活动,针对血液透析过程中护士监测有效率低的问题,通过现况查检、原因解析、拟定对策,从建立二级监督体系,开发智能化小程序,建立“3+4E”风险评估模式,基于奥马哈理论构建干预性健康管理模式进行改进。结果血液透析监测有效率从81.5%提升至95.2%。结论开展品管圈活动可提高血液透析监测有效率,从而保障患者安全。Objective To improve the efficiency of hemodialysis monitoring and reduce the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis.Methods The problem-solving quality control circle activities were carried out.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of nurse monitoring during hemodialysis,through the current situation inspection,cause analysis and formulation of countermeasures,the establishment of a two-level supervision system,the development of intelligent small program,the establishment of a"3+4E"risk assessment mode,and the construction of an interventional health management mode based on Omaha theory were improved.Results The effective rate of hemodialysis monitoring increased from 81.5%to 95.2%.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can improve the efficiency of hemodialysis monitoring,so as to ensure the safety of patients.
