论现代国家建设与中华民族共同体建设的互构逻辑

摘　　要：现代国家建设与中华民族共同体建设这“两个建设”是中国走向现代化同一过程的两个侧面。中国共产党始终致力于统一的多民族国家的现代建构,而中华民族的历史表明,现代国家的建设必然要求将中华民族共同体的建构与现代国家的建构高度统一起来。“两个建设”之间有着相互促进的逻辑关系,人民至上是“两个建设”的共同价值追求,互动动力是“两个建设”相互促进的基础。虽然中华民族有着实体性属性,但基于西方历史和理论背景的“国族”不可能成为这“两个建设”的催化剂,而中华民族现代文明建设则是“两个建设”的交汇点,深化改革是“两个建设”的共同动力。“两个建设”互构逻辑的展开,为中华民族共同体建设打开新的视野,也为实践上中华民族共同体建设的路径探索提供了新的思想资源。The construction of a modern nation-state and a community for the Chinese nation are two facets of the same process as China moves toward modernization.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always been committed to modernizing a unified multi-ethnic country.The history of the Chinese nation indicates that the construction of a modern nation-state necessarily requires a high degree of unity between the construction of the community for the Chinese nation and that of the modern nation-state.There is a logical relationship of mutual promotion between them;people-centered values are a common value pursuit;and the interactive dynamics form the basis for their mutual enhancement.Although the Chinese nation possesses substantial attributes,the“nation-state”concept rooted in Western historical and theoretical contexts cannot catalyze the“two constructions”.Instead,the construction of modern Chinese civilization serves as the intersection for the“two constructions”,with deepening reforms acting as a common driver.The unfolding of this inter-construction logic provides new perspectives for building the community for the Chinese nation and offers new intellectual resources for exploring practical paths toward its construction.
