摘　　要：数字技术、网络技术、智能技术的发展,以及算法、算力的提升,为数字生产力的发展和生产方式的数字化变革奠定了基础。数据成为资源,并被开发成为重要的生产要素,数字平台则成为重要的经济组织形式。在此背景下,本文探讨了人类社会各个历史时期经济组织形式的变迁,论证了在数字经济时代,数字平台这一新型经济组织形式出现的必然性。平台组织诞生于信息产业,并逐步向其他服务业以及制造业等领域渗透,它突破了传统企业的边界,充分发挥市场的价格机制,实现了信息技术、网络技术、数字技术在社会经济领域的全面运用。The development of digital technology,network technology,intelligent technology,and the improvement of algorithms and computing power have laid the foundation for the development of digital productive forces and the digital transformation of production methods.Data becomes a kind of resource and is further developed into an important factor of production.Digital platforms become an important form of economic organization.In this context,this paper explores the changes in economic organizational forms in various historical periods of human society and demonstrates the inevitability of the emergence of platforms as a new type of economic organization in the digital economy era.Platform economy organizations are based on the information industry and gradually influence fields such as other services and manufacturing.They have broken through the boundaries of traditional enterprises,given full play to the market price mechanism,and achieved the comprehensive application of information technology,network technology,and digital technology in the social and economic fields.
